With our flexible menus, along with the ability to create custom menus, you can trust that every detail will be taken care of for your event. Our space is ready to house groups of up to 60 guests, with the option of more intimate settings for smaller groups.
North Room
Ready to accommodate up to 35 guests, with spacious bar top to watch the bartenders at work, and gorgeous backbar ideal for photographs, a large bench, and tables that can be interchanged and moved to suite your parties needs.
South Room
Best suited for smaller, and more intimate parties of up to 25. With large tables and booths, along with much more standing area. This space is ideal for intermingling with work colleagues and friends.
In Venue Cocktail Classes
If you would be interested in learning how to bartend, we would love to invite you down to proof before opening to teach you how to shake like a pro. Hands on classes with one of our team members will take your bartending skills to the next level!
Special Requests
Ask us about things you can add on to your event to make it even more special, like a photographer, roaming close up magician, invites, and take-home cocktail gift bags.
Proof at Home
You don’t have to come to Proof for a world class experience, Proof can come to you! We have a number of in-home options which teach, inspire or just make your house party, the party of the year!’
Mobile Bar Tenders
Proof is please to offer options for our bartenders to come to be at any location you like. Bringing with them custom cocktails and years of experience. Feel confident knowing that every step needed for this can be taken care of by our team.

Digital Cocktail Classes
Digital cocktail classes are available for parties who feel like staying at home. We send personalized cocktail boxes with everything you need for expertly crafted cocktails to your address. Then we have one of our skilled team members teach you, via a zoom call, how to properly prepare the drinks in the comfort of your own home.

- $350 presenter fee
- +$200/additional hour+$60/cocktail box
- +$10/address delivery fee
