We all care about drinks and good times… a lot! Everyone working at Proof is fully immersed in cocktail culture. We live and breathe this stuff and if you love it as much as we do, we will geek-out with you. If you could care less about the stuffiness and just want to have a perfectly crafted drink in a fun room, we are here for that too. Our Crew
Callum Johnston
General Manager
Our GM and resident true Scotsman. Callum is our whisk(e)y specialist and a Master of Scotch. ('Masters of Scotch' is not an official designation, but he drinks a lot of it.) An avid landscape photographer and hiker, Callum can often be spotted in the mountains, chasing wildlife.
Amber MacMullin
Assistant General Manager
Amber mixes drinks and plans your mixers. As Proof's AGM she handles all private functions and events. She ensures that when you book your event with Proof, you have the best time you can possibly have. And Amber knows good times. If she isn't behind the bar she is preparing for her next shift by supporting Calgary's local food and drink scene, with authority.
Antonio Ezequiel Benitez-Arias
Cook
Easy-B is our longest tenured team member. This lover of dope music and good times is one of our favourite people. I just realized I forgot a comma in that last sentence. Anyway, say hi to Antonio next time you are in
Jaden Nilson
Barback
Jaden is the key to a great night at Proof. The barback is the oil in our engine and Jaden is full on, high tech, synthetic 5W-30. Not many people know this, but Jaden is Spider-Man. It’s true.
Adrien (AJ) Rouqe
Bartender
AJ is a true renaissance man. Artist, entrepreneur, bartender, maker of clear ice, and soon to be, blender of whiskies. AJ does what he wants, when he wants. Which makes him a pain in the ass to schedule. But if you are lucky enough to see him here, ask him what he is up to. Probably something awesome.
Bree Vanbryce
Server
A born and raised Calgarian, Bree knows everyone in this burg. Endlessly smiling and eternally hopeful, Bree is the server you want after a long day at the rock pit. She is one of Proof’s newest team members but she has quickly endeared herself to staff and guests alike.
